I want reserve accomodation,application want in next step confirm my phone number, when write it there is text something like :This number is using in profile and i cant confirm reservation. Fck! S..t app!
Terrible company , terrible system , terrible terms . Completly useless !!! Not even 10 % from Booking.com . Never ever , not helpfull , not friendly . Delete this and never ever dowload again .
Support is working terribly bad!!!! I had 4 times for the last summer a situation when the system was shown me that I do make a parties!!!! Wtf?! I do travel due to business reasons alone all the time and most of the owners were very nice and gave me a good feedback! And your support is trying to proof me that I make a parties! What a hell?! I’m the person who spent for the last summer to your f*ucking service 3k€ or above! This is how you do respect your customers!!!!! I’m waiting for your response!!!!!!!!!
it would be really nice to have the possibility of better filters and sorting while searching. I do not understand why some companies implement this kind of user inconvenience.

Nejhorší zákaznický servis, ulhaný, nejsou schopni zodpovědět jedinou otázku validně a vyřešit cokoliv je nereálné. Nedoporučuji.
Please show (hosting side) in Calendar page: “Cancelation policy” info for host …for each reservation, because now is very hard to find Cancelation policy for each Reservation (if Host have much listings and much reservations)! 2) Why is changed PUSH NOTIFICATION tone?? 3) you have too much updates, no changelog 4) Why is not possible COPY Confirmation code
Hosting not like discrimination Delay in response with your issues If there a cancellation and refund it takes a long time Customer service lies to the customer, the need to close a ticket no matter your issue. Expensive fees no credibility that you will be in cleane host The worst experiences i have before
The customer service response very late (you can wait for a response all day), every person there claims different thing, nothing seems to be valid and reliable. They are simply lying about something (the host confirmed with them a refund and agreed on it and they claim us he denied the refund, everything is written in the messages, what it is then??) If anyone from the “support” team is reading this, I talk about reservation number: HM5QSE5ZBR. In this moment it seems we are loosing all our money for the stay (approx. 640 €) without staying not even a minute in the accommodation! I am really desperate now, because there is no way how to solve this from our side. We are just waiting whole day for a single message from them that is not solving anything.
