A host in VCE lied about me that I left their apartment dirty when leaving. I had taken a video showing the apartment clean just before leaving the apartment because do expected such behavior. I provided Airbnb the video however they refused to remove host’s fake review saying that it doesn’t violate their policy which contains the following: reviews have to be authentic and trustworthy. The review violates exactly these two words. I will never use this platform again because they failed to support me in this case.

Their hosts support is awful, and they only care about guest either if they are wrong. NEVER LIST YOUR APARTMENT IN THE APP. If anything happens you will never get your rights.

It’s 2024 and you still haven’t added a dark mode! Also, update your app icon for the latest IOS 18 standards. Show some respect to iPhone users.

By limiting the app to run in lower OS version from 16 is giving me two options, one is the option to leave guest outside the door since I can’t open the app and second to change a device that I really don’t need! Troubles on the way.

This new mandatory feature that you have to choose a category of the house, messes up everything on the map. Remove it.

I made a booking and a few minutes later it was canceled by Airbnb. A week later, they still haven’t refunded my money, and they haven’t informed me about what happened. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a booking or transaction. They don’t respond to messages on the app, and their call center gives me the same apathetic answers every time I call. I’ve had to get a lawyer involved for something that should be straightforward—getting my money back for a booking they canceled. I prefer Booking.com, with which I’ve never had any issues

Awful host in Athens and zero compensation from airbnb. I will never again experience the uncertainty of airbnb in my trip instead of a good Hotel.

For a company like airbnb we are waiting for something better, even the travel mode to change to accommodation mode is difficult, need to have a flow and be more quick

After the last update My calendar doesn’t work

After the latest update and the update of iOS 18, calendar in the app doesn’t work at all. I have to go the web site to make it work.
