This company is the worse, all they want is to steal your information and identity and sell them to a third party. They do not need so much information from you!!!! What a disgraceful trashy company!

Can’t even find an email to talk to CS, all complaints will only redirect to a dead end. CS not helpful and only replying with a template like a robot, and what they only concern is the advantage of the host. Worst travel I ever had, will never try them again! If you insist on using this platform, make sure you take photo on every single corner of the accommodation, every single cup and dishes, and always be ready that you will have proof to argue with the host.

My account is suddenly being removed and all my reservations being cancelled on 1 party. They charged my credit card and never returned the money!! Such a scam! Be careful guys, Airbnb can really ruin your holiday. Back to hotel is much better. This app is so ridiculous, totally ruining my trip.

在泰國安排了一行十人的行程，所以首次嘗試用這程式找適合一大伙人的往宅，落了訂還不能分期退訂，初次與屋主確認地址時，仍是原本顯示地址，但我們確認多幾次，在Google地圖上找不到房子的相片時，及嘗試以叫外賣時，發現輸入地址實際是找不到刻物業，直到第二次屋主才提供實際地址，而實際地址與落訂顯示的地址實際需要多半小時以上的步行路程，實在打亂了我們的行程！程式內業主如此不誠實及沒有彈性付款的政策，程式並沒有加以改善，令我們對程式感受十分失望，日後很難會考慮再使用

They claimed accepting redacted ID for identity verification. But the fact is they do not accept it, it never worked, that you need to provide your ID picture without hiding anything. The excessive collection of personal information made me quite frustrated and give up the app.

居然在入住的當天取消我的入住訂單，令我十分驚訝和憤怒，並且我是在路上的過程中發送電郵通知我。不但影響了我的旅程安排，和需要支付更多的金錢去訂購別的酒店，更令我生氣的是平台居然容許房東臨時取消訂單，亦不作出任何的補償或安排，這種平台系統上的漏洞，居然要消費者自己解決，簡直是令人無語。這種不合格的平台我永遠不會再用，因為這種臨時取消訂單的事情，已經並不是首次發生。
