Airbnb

Uncomfortable to work with, especially for hosts who has couple accounts and staff. Too complicated to log inn, each time takes forever. Everything else is great! I hope you’ll fix it soon ♥️

Why they blocked my account for no reason. Now I need to change my phone number to create new account.

How is it possible to put the location filter for singapore and the only places that pop up to book are in malaysia???? This is redicilous and they need to fix it ASAP! Horrible experience so far....

I was using the Airbnb service for the first time. It surprised me how good the service was and the perfect holiday we got out of it. Both the service fom Airbnb side, our host’s side and the house we rented through Airbnb. Everything was above our expectations. I will defineatly use this service again.

The chat section it’s really weak compared to the stability of the rest of the app. Not notifying, messages and chats appear messed up, doesn’t refresh properly

Many positive things being a Airbnb host but ..... 1. Airbnb changed terms 27/6 without prior notice and same day locked hosts out if not accepted (Hitler style management) 2 . To access Airbnb Calendar on iPad or iPhone not available ca 150 days over 1 year ( September 2017-now) 3.no solution to Complains only reply is that they consider this fixed without fixing anything.

I am werry happy about how many nice people i meet frome all ower the world. And i am so glad how all my guests love my country. This make my life richer and broud my mynd. Thank you all!! Skuli

Delightful, our guests are enjoying the apartment, hot pot and surroundings. Communication has been successful, as meeting at arrival and departure. We enjoy having Airbnb guests and they respect our home.

Fit to our family needs on our vacation
