I’m superhost I use to have conditions to solve all my guests issues by using the app. Now, with the new updates I need to change my phone to access the informations because the new updates is not available for someone that doesn’t have IOS 1.6 or plus. I’m really disappointed with this service that doesn’t include everyone.

Very poor! Complex and confusing. Refused to take my phone number. Had to use another number of a friend to receive a text. Hopefully AI will improve the efficiency of this app. My advice- don’t use it , just book online.

You gotta extend your eligibility for all kind of users, no need updating to use the app . Gosh cmon I'm so happy with my IPHONE 7 and I wanna able to use apps with remaining IOS version I have, you are able you know. Apps creators , surely you can do as easy as for all

The app is awesome if you don’t mind to be cancelled up to 1 moth before of the stay with no more compensation rather than the refund of the payment. Be careful if you book with months in advance because the host can cancel the apartment and ruin your trip up to 30 days before of your arrival. You will be forced to book other place much more expensive, even you have booked month before knowing the place you were going was going to get expensive due the dates and location. Won’t use the app again
