After trying this app to book a place to stay, I definitely won’t do it again, I will always choose to stay at a hotel, having that backup, and someone to talk and to listen, that what you will never find it here! The most important thing for airbnb is money nothing else, the app team and the sellers are in the same place again the client, nothing matters but money! And if something happens with you during your stay no one looks at you! Once you pay no one looks at you!!!! And no one responds or responsible about any mistakes, even if the service is not good or they lie to you! I will never ever use this app and i will delete it immediately, and i advice everyone to do the same !

Boycott airbnb

I booked a 60 days with Airbnb The host decided to cancel the reservation During our stay. We got charged for the whole stay in the Airbnb support didn’t do anything and let the host take all the money even though he did a lot to make us uncomfortable during our stay. I would not recommend to trust the Airbnb support because they just don’t care about their users.

It’s a good app, until the moment you encounter a problem and need Airbnb’s support. They are very slow to respond, and quite often turn out to be useless and unprofessional, not paying attention to the case facts.
