Péssimo atendimento no que se refere a reembolso! Não sabem informar, não te dão informações e não devolvem o dinheiro no qual me foi cobrado e cancelado pelo próprio aplicativo!

Os anfitriões fazem da plataforma uma forma extra de ganhar dinheiro e remodelando seus imóveis, tive 2 experiências, a primeiros foi um espelho que caiu da parede pela falta de estrutura dada ao dono da casa, o espelho caiu sozinho em uma madrugada assustando todo mundo que estava comigo, reportei ao anfitrião ele me cobrou 10X mais do que o espelho realmente valeria… A outra vez a anfitriã afirmou que deixei manchas no sofá dela, mas nunca usei o sofá enquanto estava em estadia na casa. Ela me cobrando o valor de 312€ por uma lavagem de sofá sendo que nunca usei o sofá…

É incompreensível exigir que o utilizador tenha iPhone com versão igual ou superior à 16. São acionistas da Apple?!?

Airbnb allows hosts to write whatever they want, even if it’s false, while genuine and honest reviews from guests are removed without proper justification. This creates a bias in favor of hosts and undermines trust in the platform.

I find that whenever I’m looking for a place to stay and I look into the prices on the map, they are not the final price. This used to be shown but the price that shows now is only for one night and without the air bnb policy included. This misleads the customer on reserving a place to stay. I feel that I don’t trust air bnb anymore because when I try to make a booking, my reservations are cancelled because the host cannot receive me on that date. That is also misleading when I book for a date and then the host cancels it and my money is pending for a few days. It’s stressful booking something on air bnb nowadays. I’ll leave it.

Aplicação mais horrível que conheço! Sempre que faço uma reserva não me deixa e já para não falar que me bloquearam a conta sem eu ter feito NADA! Inclusive tinha muito boas avaliações e não me souberam dar uma explicação! Espero que a vossa empresa acabe

It was an amazing app to share space all over the world. Now turned into a capitalistic app to destroy the world and communication. Very bad costumer service and it doesn’t even work anymore! How time destroys beautiful things. Goodbye Airbnb!
