Worse helpless agents
I have faced an issue with my account long in , and when i asked for an assistance, neither the officer nor so-called manager, were helpful, all they can repeat is it’s a system it a policy, i have asked for help and the so-called manager is asking me to fix my email issue, i have lost my account and a voucher of 109$ for policy which can be wived and helpless assistance , their accent and attitude is very poor and no help , i will be posting this to all Airbnb social media platforms. To tell people not to trust your company with the ppl you illegally trained .
