Airbnb

I felt very disappointed that it was not possible to change a guests rating who accidentally rated me lower than he had intended to. After contacting AirBNB support it turned out that it is impossible to rectify.

Sudden updating of apps caused us unable to use the apps. Particularly those using old version of IOS which unable to cater. Not convenient for us as a host that will affect our business.

As a host this all is a joke.

They just stop supporting my iPad, not nice!

I did booked a place on the calle tiña 8, albaicín, granada, Spain, the room on the top (3rd floor) on the left with blue couch inside and wood decorated or something like that, the owner name María and Takashi, they’re unresponsive about happened to me, the room is dirty, untidy, full of dirt and dusty, we have to do our cleaning by our own, and I have to go to the hospital because I have an allergy with those dusts, I had rashes all over my body and it’s all bleeding, and nobody takes responsibility to that, I have been talking with the costumer center with AirBnb and they intentionally ignored my case and forced me to end the case and shut me up with small amounts of money, which is really un respectful and not fair for the clients, so I just want somebody to act up with my case and I just want everyone to watch out that host in Granada, Spain, before you fell for that.

Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Terrible host screening. Post stated “single bedroom” as all room but it’s SHARED single bedroom in whole area. Host never stated that he will stay in the same room also. Suddenly, host changes detail rules when customer arrives, nice room in photos but not allow to be used in actual. Then host complain the untrue to customer’s profile. I explained detail to airbnb but they said that’s not against their policy. Beware of booking place via this application, especially host’s name; Thi Thu Nga, Masteri point tower B in Vietnam.

As a shearing room host, that might be a lot better if the app have a preset guest filter for example only girl, specific nationality ban(bc of their smell so strong) or only identify people can book 🥹

disgusting support, I was sick in the sun waiting for someone to answer my question and they never solved it. I will no longer book accommodation on airbnb

Был хозяином в этом приложении, все кто приходил с аирбнб, клиенты мягко говоря трудные, выплаты могли идти 2 недели, поддержка вообще конченная - мы сожалеем, что вы ждете. Терпение лопнуло когда, я отметил бронь с их умными ценами, которые я не ставил сам. С меня взяли штраф половину стоимости. Ебаные пидорасы вся компания аирбнб, не связывайтесь ! Это мошенники

App can’t use for anything. It show ‘status code 400’ please fix it.
