J’ai pas reçu mon code sms sur mon téléphone J’ai 3 jours d’essai et je suis déçu

I didn't receive the code to my phone number to send a message to a host? I'm not satisfied and please fix this error ASAP.

Airbnb advertises unsafe housing. My friends and I got robbed the day we checked in and not only did Airbnb not provide urgent support when requested, but they did not take any accountability even though we provided the police report, with the support of the host. We later found out that the listing did not have any security cameras nor that the outside door closes, and that it’s not the first time a robbery happens.

I was in love with this app once I started After getting more and more 5 stars reviews.. some of my guests reported me for an unknown reason… Airbnb support deleted my account even without giving a reason….

Je suis très déçue!! On s’est déplacé de tres loin et l’hôte a carrément éteint son tel , on s’est retrouve à la rue, nous avons fait une réclamation et aucun retour de la part de airbnb!!! La villa n’existe même pas a la localisation indiquée !!!

Merci Airbnb..un site qui m’a facilité la rencontre avec des gens formidables avant d’être des simples voyageurs de plus toute l’équipe technique mon assister lors de mes problèmes financiers et ils ont bien fait tous les versements que j’ai demandé

Excellent site

Host cancelled last minute to jack up prices for a music event concert happening nearby. I felt cheated and robbed. The host only got penalized $50 while I had to look for another place 4x the price. I’ve read plenty of post about the same thing happening to other victims. The host can get away with it with a small fee.

I look at listing 400$, I click it shows 450$, a few minutes later it shows as 500 plus cleaning fee. This is a constant inconsistency with AirBNB, I no longer use their services.
