Great service and app! Intuitive and enjoyable. But the automated translation feature is a nightmare honestly. The translation is so inaccurate that sometimes makes the conversation impossible and even may lead to conflicts. And the fact it is turned on by default makes it even more confusing, some users just don’t realise it is there, and thus don’t understand how to make their own translation.

I had an experience with supporting regarding refunding. Need to say that justice is exists. Many thanks to Dianne for the investigation. Appreciate. My innocence was proven.

That’s impossible to change currency without creating account?

After using airbnb for more than 12 years and having only positive reviews from hosts (21 in total), airbnb suddenly blocked my account and canceled the booking for no reason.

Worst service possible. Apparently it’s a good practice for host to demand a security deposit, using third party services, and airbnb support want do anything about this. Bottom line is - if you want to rent a short-term apartment, do yourself a favour- book a hotel. You won’t be dealing with sketchy payments, you won’t have to clean an apartment before you leave

The app doesn't work. When I try to book accommodation I get an error. When I try to book accommodation through my browser it says "account blocked for security reasons". Friends have the same situation

I tried to contact help support via app, I clicked the button to start a chat. Then I tried to send a message (text or screenshot) and I saw the error in red “message hasn’t been sent”. I tried to do the same via browser and it also doesn’t work. How I’m supposed to reach customer support if chat doesn’t work?!

iOS 16 for app for searching apartments??? Really??? F”ck you

I’ve booked a flat for a few days but because of a bedbugs it was cancelled, support agent (don’t know who exactly they have no names, numbers etc) promised to me a lot of compensations like refund, give me a discount, pay some money for my next bookings. After I talked to him few days he stopped to respond to me and ticket still open but it’s already past 4-5 days. I received my money back coz I even did not spent one night in that flat. That’s my experience. I wish I never use this app and it’s support. Hope you will never need to ask support coz they can just disappear somewhere and that’s it. If you try to contact through the phone they will say to that there is nothing they could do for you coz your issue is already under review by other guy. If you have a chance stay away from this app support. That guys every time tell they are sorry and they will help you but it’s just a script they are following. No real help!!!

Account blocked without reason or explanation. Not even advance notice was sent. Advance booking money was not refunded. More than $1000. Will file a lawsuit.
