The app on my iPad constantly freezes and has to be restarted, but when it works it does so on that part it gets a couple of stars.

Air BnB rubbish app
Because my iPad uses an older version of iOS I cannot use the air BnB app - completely wrong and loses them business. Use booking.com instead

Customer for over 15 years and now cannot use - outrageous!
Updating App
Hi I make no apologies for having an old mobile .An Apple iPhone 7 . It is working fine and I cannot afford an upgrade as my current finances can’t allow me to Purchase a more recent model but the new app can’t be downloaded by me because my mobile is too old to be compatible with the updated app. Shocking to exclude me on the grounds of my finances. Not to be trusted
After a confirmed and accepted booking, a host tried to demand an extra payment. After reporting this to AirBnB the response was, if they do it again, we will flag it. Seems as though AirBnB allow their hosts to operate in a way that is not good for people wanting a place to stay. Avoid this platform until they did this obvious issue.
Update required but iPad won’t update to iOS 16
Update required to use the app, but iPad won’t update to iOS 16. WHY?! Please support your users rather than rugpulling them with this nonsensical and restrictive update incompatibility. I guess I’ll just have to ignore trying to find my letting’s occupancy rate data for now and come back when I have a flashy new iPad to run a simple app. POOR FORM for running a business ABNB.
Moving country
Had some great air B+B holidays around the world but experiencing multiple problems since I’ve move back to England from Australia. I tried to change all my details but could not add English debit card for payment and have had to pay for booking today with Australian card. This is both expensive and inconvenient. I hope you can help
