I checked my email on the day I thought was the day before the charge day was so I could lower my subscription plan (was on the fence between cancelation or drop to a lower tier). There was no email that day or the day the 7 day trial was to end. Yesterday, I got charged for the full premium subscription yesterday. That really irked me, because if you go on the app, there is no way to switch down or even view details of your subscription. TODAY, I get the email saying I am about to be charged and with instructions on how to cancel or drop to a lower tier. This is predatory and feels super scammy, now that I cannot cancel or modify my subscription. It also states my subscription will renew on November 4, 2026. Today is November 9, 2025. How is my subscription 5 days shorter than what I paid for? There’s no way to reach out to customer service.
