Save me so much time when remote troubleshooting. The voice chat helps a lot with communicating with customers. If AR camera could support iPhone 6s would make it even better.

Due the COVID 19, I’ve been trying out several remote service apps to assist my clients for product support, and it is so far the best one I like, easy to use, and the augmented reality (AR) function allows me to instruct my clients how to use the product clearly.

Tried the solution with the free trial, it worked well. Instead of the traditional way of providing tech support over the phone, this product can let the support team actually see what’s going on on the other end via screen sharing. Along with the voice talk feature, we are able to shorten the time spent to close a case. I hope my boss will be convinced. By the way, the access code takes a bit longer to re-generate sometimes. Hope you guys will improve on this.

Like the AR camera. I’m able to instruct my clients how to operate a sophisticated machine that we sell.

The app is super easy to use. I run a service company and all you need is to ask the client for a pin code. Connection is fast and the voice chat works quite well. I was able to solve most of the issues just by seeing the screen and listening to feedback in real time. The desktop client works well but it’d be great if I can do this via the web. Overall speaking it makes supporting my clients a lot easier.
