This app took me ages to find as the NHS call it System 1. Why would you and the NHS work on something together the. Call it different things. Crazy. When I finally got into it it’s badly put together slow and clunky to use. It’s clearly not been design with sick or disabled people in mind but made by a computer programmer with little idea how people would actually use it.

Why does this app not work if my id isn’t confirmed on nhs app. Why can’t you just ring and make an appointment!!??? Just to make you wait longer. Why do I need verified. I can still go to go/ hospital. They know who I am??!! Waste of time, don’t bother

Allows me to see my medical records and test results and order repeat prescriptions…does what it’s supposed to. Our surgery uses their own system to request appointments so I don’t need this app to be able to do that.

Just had to install it. Apparently I am at “level 1”, …now just add this and progress through the app… Feck off. It’s a blasted app for managing prescriptions and appointments not a blasted game, I’ve “progressed” through the levels by saying “nothing to add” for each. I also am concerned about the data sharing, I don’t want you helping yourself to my data, I don’t want to be marketed to, I have to use it to access necessary functions and anything I enter is not to be utilised in any way without my explicit written permission, or in other words, “keep your grubby mitts of my personal data”. We are far too quick to give our data away. I hope my fears are unwarranted, I suspect my data is being harvested as I type!

This app has zero connections with my surgery apart from reordering medication. Can not make appointments for GP or Hospital on this app. But when I get through to these appts on phone, they slate this app and offer appointments that aren’t available on app at all for this year apparently.

“Tell us more about your health to progress to the next level”. What on earth? Gamification of a health app, which i installed to access GP. Also it is Kafkaesque bureaucracy.. Health Centre send me a text message, to tell me that they have sent me a message on SystmOnline. Log on there to be told “messaging not offered by Health Centre”. Just all so pointless.

Not the best app for ordering repeat prescriptions, won’t let me edit my personal details. Tried using a few times but always revert to the SystmOnline app or NHS app.

I ordered a repeat prescription 3 weeks ago to be collected from my local chemist. I’ve been in today to collect said prescription only to be told it hasn’t been requested, even though the app says it has been, so a trip to the Doctors surgery to be told the same thing!! not good enough and this isn’t the first time it’s happened, I always order with plenty of time so I don’t run out of my medication. And There should be some kind of notification to say that your request has been granted then maybe this wouldn’t happen

Just completely useless and not at all useable. Unable to book appointments, sort prescriptions. After trying to us rhe app, you have to call the surgery any way because it doesn’t work, so might as well just cut to the chase.
