## Aiwit Description
- Easy to set up your devices in the Aiwit App.

Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Please get rid of the adverts as soon as you open the app, annoying and confusing. Very slow to load so often miss anyone ringing the door bell. Good camera once it’s loaded up.

Only chose this video door bell years ago as there was no charge for storage. Then you had to pay for storage without notice AND now they’ve adding in advertising when you first open the app…it’s hardly quick to see who is at your door so defeats the object. It takes ages to connect most days anyway so this will be even slower. I’m going to bite the bullet and pay for a Ring Doorbell with far better reviews.

If I’m not in the house how can I view my camera live feed if it only works on WiFi but says answer door from anywhere? Is this an issues or is it just for me? Cant view it on mobile data only works when connected to WiFi

It’s a bit cheeky to up grade the app and the first thing you see is advertisement that makes you think you have to click on it to create an account for Aiwit but then be lead the a third party website. NOT COOL!

While the cameras are okay, I have had customer support fail to respond three times about why the cameras wont automatically record while I am using a device the app is on. For security I would not reccomend but if you wanted to pair it to a second device you wont use often this can be a soloution though not a practical one as most of us can’t afford to do that.

The live video does not work if you’re using data, it will only work if you’re connected to WiFi, so no good if you’re out and about and not connected to WiFi. And the latest thing playing up is that I receive a notification that someone is at the door about 5-10 minutes late. Not worth the subscription.
The app also signs me out all the time so I don’t always get notified when someone is at the door.

The cameras work well for live view, if that is all you want then they are fine. 

They do not have a switch to go from LED to infrared though!!

The cameras do not take an as card for local storage and are not onvif compatible. I knew tho before purchase though. What makes this an issue is the useless cloud subscription! It advertises ‘loop recording’ which is a lie, it only records motion clips.

Live view - fine. Anything else, go for another camera!

This camera and its app is the worse I’ve ever come across!! I’ve paid for a 1 yrs worth of cloud service for nothing. It’s continuously saying unable to upload due to poor signal gets it’s next to my WiFi. It’s constantly logging me out. I’ve missed important deliveries due to this. Please whatever you do do not get any of their devices or services. Disgusting service

I paid for their cloud subscription  and then had to replace the door bell as it was faulty. The cloud subscription is per device. I asked gen to move it to the new doorbell and they have now ignored all m messages. I’m now £35 down and a doorbell you can’t use lol
