I made a booking and full payment and after two hours got a call from customer service that we are unable to make the booking because of the price hike from Airline side but actually she was lying because luckily I had checked with the airline already and my reservation with the airline was expired due to non payment within a specific time allotted by the airline to Akbar Travel and these thieves were asking me to pay AED 100 extra for their own incompetence. What a shame

These guys are increasing prices after charging cards and then send you the payment link. When I called the customer care the representative tells me if you pay first then it’s your ticket otherwise other customer will get it. It’s like Fastest Finger First here.

And all this after making the payment online.
