Love the app

Loading time for app is excruciatingly slow, every single time. Doesn’t matter how often my iOS is updated… and the BCBS AL app rarely does updates… it takes long time to load each time I use it. This hasn’t improved over the last few years of using app.

Said it couldn’t complete my request when registering my account, had to back out and then login as I had already received email confirmation that my account creation was successful. Just an annoying bug. The reason I wanted to get the app was to send a message to my customer service to ask about coverage for a certain product. When trying to compose a message there is no “send” button. I can only exit the composed message. Pretty silly.

After the new update, I open the app on my phone and it just says loading… For 15 minutes. I have a current iPhone and a 5G connection.

The app is self explanatory and so easy to use to find the information you need!

ID cards cannot be pulled.

The dentist listed are not at the address. There’s no dentist that work at Sandhill school.

Most info is either not working, not loading or not available
