My phone was stolen and I had to get a new one. I’ve tried accessing my account on this device but it’s not even working once the biometrics is completed it goes ahead to show error and I’ve changed the password lots of times just to access the account but it’s of no use. I complained to customer care but they’re not doing anything about. It’s such a shame and disappointment that this kind of thing will happen and they still haven’t been able to resolve it till today. My only savior is my atm card and even before I got this card I had to keep on calling them and it took 4-6 months before I could get my card which is very bad.
