I love this app, but when I type my password is says username cannot be empty

It says i have to update it but i did and the update doesn’t work, could you fix this?

Dear Alef the app idea is amazing and everything but the technical side is ridiculous, it keeps kicking me out and asks me to log in every single time it make doing my homework so hard when I could’ve finish it in 15 min it takes 40 just to get it to move to the nest question. Please fix this problem as soon as possible ill be so thankful as i need to finish my work ASAP.

Asking update even Newley downloaded then not working screen going to white background

The application is fascinating, but sometimes it gives me 67% while all my answers are correct, also the app is saying I must update it but it’s already up to date, it’s refusing to open (stuck on an gray screen with Alef logo). I tried reinstalling it but it did nothing. Please fix the problem so we can use the app.

Dare Alef wen I dawnload alef it was ok dut when I opened in it gave me that i need to update it and and when I go to App Store to update it there is no update
