Adding this review second time. Last year I switched my phone and upon restoring my backup to new phone the app started crashing on splash screen. Again this year when I updated my phone and restored the backup from my older phone it started happening again. 
It’s been around 3 months and I have tried every single update available to the app store since then but nothing good and I’m unable to even open the application. I kindly request someone from the dev team to please look into this matter as I’m not the only one suffering from this a total of 3 persons from our home is facing the very same issue on iPhone.
