The supplier has little skills and only wants money

This is the worst experience that I had. Very bad customer service. I ought a vaporizer that clearly shows with a battery. It doesn’t say “ battery not included” . I spend close to US $400, I got a piece of tool that cannot operate. And I cannot find a matching battery for it. Shame on you Alibaba.

No Afterpay Zip Sadly Alibaba don’t have Afterpay or Zip. So I shop with Temu who have Afterpay but would love to shop at Alibaba as well.

I’m sick and tired of having to update this stupid app. No improvements are ever noticeable and it wastes my time.

Can anyone tell me if they have trouble communicating with some sellers. My one wants me to join Wasapp which seems strange . Hard to get a straight answer to a question

Whoever the app creators are i find you guys absolutely disgusting charging 40+ dollars for shipping thats a scam no one get this app please they are scammers wanting to steal your money you guys are filthy take ur terrible app down

The app is quite easy to use but a little improvement on search function is needed such as filter for verified suppliers when using photo search, each category should break down into smaller sub-categories. Additionally, search results are often inaccurate or too broad.

I take my hat off to the Chinese ! If you want something they will produce it, customised to exactly your way of thinking they make everything simple and easy, there great with negotiating prices and making shipping and customs easy, and if your unsure on any logistics issues or even business things they guide you through everything, All I can say to NEWBiES on here! Is Talk. With the suppliers and manufacturers if you wanna know or unsure ask there pretty much available 24/7 to chat and guide you thru anything if you can dream it they can make it, design it whatever! I’m in NEw Zealand and shipping across the world is a breeze

I ordered off this app and spent $200. When the package arrived, I received a pen that probably costs $1. Very disappointed and still waiting for my refund.
