Such a pity the app cannot be used in landscape - that’s how my iPad cover folds out. And I can’t access the normal site on my iPad - automatically goes to the mobile version.

Why should I buy more than 1 item when I need only one item?

I was scammed over $500 trying to buy a DJ controller from one of the trading companies registered under Alibaba. My controller was never delivered and they kept on demanding more money claiming it for different things that were never discussed prior. They ended up saying they have shipped 10 controllers and that I must pay for all when I had originally ordered only 1 and they said if I can’t pay the money for all 10, I’m not going to get even the one that I had already paid for, including the delivery. I then realised that I had been scammed. The worse thing about Alibaba is that there is not even a place for customers to complain about issues they encountered. It is a terrible platform to use. I would not advise anyone to use Alibaba. I will never ever use them. I had a very bad experience. Customers must use reputable online stores such as Bash, Takealot, etc.

The technology on this app is incredibly old school. It is difficult to navigate. Chatting to suppliers and receiving quotes is designed in a very awkward way and makes communication tricky. definitely not a modern updated use a friendly system.
