Not user-friendly at all!

I tried to connect my MasterCard but it didnt work with one bank, however with my other bank it Works (confirmed By a Friend). However, it is now impossible to delete my first entered card, it seems locked in the system. Therefore i cannot change the MasterCard and therefore i can simply not use the app. Also English translation is only half done

Is only good for Chinese speaking people with Chinese phones and credit cards. So foreigners better forget using this app.

Why can we not use Alipay?

I want to use your service in China but you don’t list Belgium as a country for telephone numbers. Is it an error or are Belgians not permitted to use your service? Not impressed.

I've seen African countries like Rwanda, Asian like Bhoutan... I'm from Belgium and I can't use it, why ?

Hi Alipay, you are one of the biggest companies in China but you've not addressed the English language fully yet in your application. The fact that you only implement it a little makes the work done look really unprofessional. Please fix this. If you do something, do it perfectly, not just good enough

The product is only for Chinese mainland users. As an overseas user, adding my new Visa card keeps getting rejected. Tried resetting password, got caught in a loop between 6 and 8 char limits. Tried to validate my profile, nope doesn't work.
