Tried thousand times of change password and the app and website version both saying my account cannot be recognised.

The free stay cannot book for weekends and even middle of the week, so many restriction

I really love the app but sometimes when I browse the hotels in the destination, I want to save them for later! Pls add that if possible thankkssss

My app is in Chinese, how can I change it into English? I found no way to change it into English, even I delete and reinstall it.

This app is really stupid as I have to log in almost every time I use it. It’s irritating as I’ll have to try to find my password again or use the forget password link to get a new one. What is the point. Also have to re- enter all the parameters when trying to change one item in my search.

searching and booking is simple and easy except one thing. the app cannot store my country and repeat to ask me to fill in.

When the bug will be fixed . Not able to login the app for more than a week already.
