All Valley Pay App

I could live with the terrible design, but unfortunately the laundry machines do not appear in the app via Bluetooth.

They don’t fix the issues and the support for this app is bad, sadly we need to find the ownership of this app and let them know exactly what is going on. They just threw this app in the store to get something half working. Please help fix bugs.

It’s supper bugging and doesn’t work. The developers need to seriously update this app, and they don’t respond to service issues when a machine breaks down.

The app never works right.

I only can use this app to do my laundry and I have a new debit card, so I need to remove the card I have on file on the app. But there is no way to add or remove a card. I'm lucky I live with someone so I still can do laundry. This app is absolutely Terrible.

I spend more time trying to get this app to work than it takes to wash my clothes. I dread doing my laundry because of this TRASH app. Learned I could use a card instead of the app. Guess what? The card costs FIVE DOLLARS and even if I wanted to get a card they were out. Did this company have a monkey build their app?? It’s such garbage.

It will definitely not connect with any of the washing machines via Bluetooth or with anything else. This app simply does nothing but will accept your money.

Does not let me reload my account with funds… keep getting a payment error message (I have the funds on my card) but then doesn’t let me change the card on file?? Frequently have to restart the app just to start my next cycle of clothes. Smh. Getting help through their app and website is useless. So frustrating that my building only uses this app, what do we do when we have wet clothes and the app doesn’t want to work???
