The prices are completely misleading, they don’t add VAT or Tax except after checkout. the VAT + TAX came out to be double the original ticket price listed! I don’t understand why they take double the tax on the ticket! Horrible experience using it, every time i’d think i found something, they double the price at checkout!!

تجربة فاشله في عمليه الالغاء بسبب ظرف طارى خارج عن ارادتي وحتى الموظفين غير متعاونين يعطونك اسلوب حلو لكن فعليا في التطبيق صفر وعدم التفاعل بالمشكله بشكل جدي  للامانه استخدام البرنامج سهل وعمل عروض جيده علما بانه تطبيق بوكينج اغلى  احيانا بالحجز لكن يتفاعلون بجديه مع التطبيق بحكم تجربتي معهم وعمل اللازم للاسف راح حجزي كله بتطبيق المسافر الله معوض خير ان شاء الله واخر تجربه لي مع تطبيق المسافر

حجزت مرتين عن طريق التطبيق
و للاسف تجارب ليست بالمستوى المتوقع
المرة الاولى طلبت تغيير غرفة بالفندق و ردوا علي بكلمة ابشر. افاجىء بعد وصولي الفندق بعدم ابلاغهم من شركة المسافر باي شي رغم تواصلي معهم و توفر الغرفة بنفس السعر.
المرة الثانية قمت بحجز رحلة عن طريق المسافر من تذاكر سفر و مواصلات للفندق و حجز فندق.
بعد استقطاع المبلغ كامل تم الرد علي بارتفاع سعر المواصلات بمبلغ اعلى من مواصلات الموقع الرسمي للفندق! و ايضا اسعار الفندق كانت توفر بموقعهم الرسمي من التطبيق! و عندي طلبي استرجاع مبلغ المواصلات رفضوا و حاولوا ابقائها كرصيد بالمحفظة لديهم و عندما قدمت بشكوى لدى خدمة العملاء بالكويت تم استرداد مبلغ المواصلات و لم يتم تعويضي الى اليوم رغم مرور شهر
Booked a room first then asked them through WhatsApp to contact the hotel from twin to double bed. When I arrive the hotel informed me no one contacted them despite the availability of the room with the same rate!
I also booked a whole trip with flights, transfers & hotel stay then I was told that the transfer price got more expensive after payment!
Their transfer was higher than the hotel rate so I asked to refund the transfer rate which they didn’t allow and wanted to keep it in their app wallet! Finally I contacted customer care in my country to have the remaining money refunded.
It’s been a month since the incident and despite my complaints nothing was offered!

الانتظار لمدة أكثر من اربع ساعات للحصول على اجابة والقسم المختص يزعم انه تواصل مع الفندق و الفندق يؤكد عدم حصول اي نوع من التواصل.
الفندق متعاون ومستعد لتغيير الحجز والالغاء دون  خصم اي مبلغ ولكن تطبيق مسافر لم يظهروا اي تعاون.
