Even if you are a government insurer, you have to deal the expatriates who’s having your insurance like the locals in this country. 

I have been making follow ups for the re-imbursement requests since first week of July 2024 and until now, its there is no closure.

I dont know if they will reply when they feel like doing their job.

Dont go with this insurance for expatriates. Very poor dealing with expatriates.

للعلم حاولت الدخول الى الموقع الرسمي لكي يتم الدخول الى الابلكيشن لكن يقلي خطأ في الدخول السبب ماعرف نفس الايميل نفس كلمه السر ومع ذالك مايفتح تحديث غير جيد ابداً
