Customer service wont answer to emails, chat department does not work, I am unable to get my refund. I was billed twice.

Not working
After my subscription, app doesn’t play the videos and wants me to unlock by new subscription. And of course i cant subscribe again since i have already did. So i canceled my subscription. Not working.
Can’t reach the classes
Can not reach my classes although I paid for them for like 10 times. I talked with help center and e-mailed them and nothing happened. I used this app before and it was nothing like this. It’s a disappointment,really

I download the app via iphone but can’t use it on my macbook. It says you should subscribe. But when I press that button it says you were already subscribed. What should I do? It is very tiny to see the movements from my iphone 😞😞😞😞😞😞

Prenatal part is not working
When İ click search prenatal part is bot working, before it was working. Did something happen?
Ipad app doesn’t work
First my saved classes vanished from my Ipad account now I cannot unlock any videos altough I logged in but I can see them from my mobile. Very good content terrible ui/ux !

After latest update, i cannot see “my calendar’’ page in my profile. Calendar was good! Pls fix it.
