If you’re thinking about getting the app, I would probably say to get the premium, as the price is really reasonable and the benefit is high. If you’re having trouble getting into the app, I would say to look at your schedule, and put remainders at strategic times. This app helps with my anxiety, and managing when to take medications. I would rate it five stars- everyone should have it. In terms of suggestions, I would say that a feature where you could pick an icon and create a reflection question, add a reminder, or something like that might be nice.
