The content and themes are very simple making it easy to navigate and use. Aloe Bud also includes a lot of adorable free content, I do not pay for the in-app purchases but even without them you can fully use and get benefits from this app. Being able to choose the difference between an activity of writing/ answering a question and simply clicking a button also helps to keep me from getting bored or overwhelmed with the notifications. I've used this app for so many purposes for the past few years, but mainly as a journal to keep track of my thoughts. I loved going back and reading my thoughts and seeing my growth. Recently, a bug on the app was preventing me from seeing any of my past entries. Because there's no way to attach the data to any email or have a backup, when I tried rebooting the app, all of my progress was gone. I've had stuff saved for well over four years. It was really disheartening to see all of it go away, so I won't use the app again.
