Great customer service and great app for use overseas
I’ve used this a few times in the past and always works well after setting up. Only problem I find is that you meet a strong wifi to set up. I had problems with slow wifi in Copenhagen airport and took a while to activate. But once it’s activated it works great! Customer service was great when I needed help activating it.
Amazing Customer support
These guys are amazing! Excellent customer service. I will definitely blow their horns and recommend others as much as I can. I’m happy with the customer service they rendered.
Easiest eSIM
Compared to other eSIMs, I’ve add very few issues with aloSIM

Amazing app
Amazing app! Definitely a must whenever I travel
Terrible reception, sneaky policies
I used the unlimited data plan on my trip to China. Not once did I have proper reception. And, I was in large cities, not villages. The speed was incredibly slow, making getting around and paying really difficult. In addition - not that it mattered because the data was non existent - apparently there is a policy that you only get a high speed network for the first 1.5G each day, which defeats the purpose of an unlimited data plan. Customer service was semi responsive at some point but my issue was never fixed.
Alo sim in India
We travelled throughout India, Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Goa, Bangalore, Tamil Nadu and Kerala - I was able to make phone calls easily back home in Canada. Reliable service and I would definitely recommend it to others
