Personen mit steuerlichem Wohnsitz in der Schweiz, die mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind und über einen gültigen Ausweis verfügen. Nicht-Schweizer Staatsangehörige benötigen eine gültige Aufenthaltsbewilligung der Kategorie B, C oder Ci oder einen Ausweis des EDA vom Typ B, C, D, E oder R. Wenn Sie noch auf Ihre Bewilligung warten, können Sie stattdessen die Meldebestätigung Ihrer Gemeinde und Ihren Arbeitsvertrag vorlegen und die Bewilligung innerhalb von drei Monaten nachreichen.

L’application est pas mal. Cependant le service client est catastrophique… Depuis que Alpian a fait son offre sur QoQa, ils n’ont plus la capacité de répondre à leur client et délaissé complètement ceux-ci. Il n’est même plus possible de contacter le service client par chat dans l’application et dernièrement ils ont supprimé la facilité de résiliation de compte. Il faut maintenant passer par un service client qui n’est jamais atteignable. Un comble ! Je déconseille vivement, ou seulement si vous avez du temps et de la patience à perdre.

Leider hat nicht mal der anmelde Prozess geklappt. Fehlermeldungen und „Versuche es später“…. Da bleibe ich lieber fern wenn nicht mal das Onboarding funktioniert.

Weiterentwicklung App und neue Features sehr langsam bis kaum. Die einmal erwähnte Alpian TWINT App immer noch nicht da. Support benötigt zum Teil sehr lange bis Lösung da ist.

L'application sobre et efficace. Compte gratuit, frais de change entre devises tres bas. Franchement il ne manque pas grand chose pour que cette banque soit parfaite:
- Une application twint dediée
- Une mise a jour en temps réel des depenses par carte bancaire

### ****- "Une banque « presque » parfaite"
Hey, selon moi Alpian dépasse de loin les banques traditionnelles Suisse et même les autres neo banques Suisse. Il manque 2 options pour selon moi avoir 5 étoiles et être la meilleure banque :
1. Des coffres virtuels où l’on peut mettre son argent comme on peut retrouver chez Revolut, Neon, Yuh et d’autres…
2. Un Alpian Twint serait incroyable.

Mais sinon la banque reste incroyable ✨

Es wird zwar gewerbt mit einem super Bonus. Jedoch nach 42 Tagen immernoch kein Geld weil das System es nicht erkannt hat weil der eingezahlte Betrag zu schnell wieder weg war. Zuerst sollte man das geld 24 Stunden drauf lassen, dann sagte jemand anderes es müsse 48 Stunden drauf sein. Da weiss niemand wirklich bescheid. Mein Teil wurde von mir aus und laut beschreibung ruchtig ausgeführt und zwar 500 zu überweisen um das Konto zu Aktivieren.

Andere Neobanken hatten keine solche Probleme. Das zeigt mir schon dass es evtl. nicht so schlau ist das Geld da zu lassen, will gar nicht erst wissen wie es ist wenn man mal ein Problem mit dem eigenen Geld hat…
