بعد ما دفعت وفعلت اشتراك شهري بس عشان اخد استشارة طبية في حالة مرضية بعاني منها وبعد ٣ ايام من محاولات تواصل عبر استشارة صوتية النتيجة مخرجتش بين حاجتين 
الاولى : المكالمة بتبدا وبتخلص في ٣٠ ثانية اللي هو تقول الو السلام عليكم وتبدا تقول عندي مشكلة كذا هوب  يقطعوا الاتصال ودا طبعا مش مرة واحدة اكتر من مرة وفي نفس التوقيت يقطع الاتصال ودا دليل على انه نظام وسيستم  عاملينه بيفصل المكالمة يعني لا لحقت تقول بتعاني من ايه  ولا طبعا في حل والمشكلة بقى انها بتتحسب استشارة وكمان توصية من الطبيب على التطبيق بتكون كالتالي ( الاتصال انقطع ولم تكتمل المكالمة ) يا سلااام … 
النتيجة التانية انك تفضل تسمع  في الرسالة الصوتية في انتظار رد الطبيب واللي مش بيرد … 
بجد تطبيق فاشل غير مهني وغير انساني واستغلال وتجارة بصحة والآم الناس
