this app is the best <3
Could be better
I love the service and my therapist is truly brilliant but the app interface could be better. It’s too clunky and the add to calendar option, which was a literal life saver, doesn’t click/work anymore. UI could definitely be improved. It takes a lot of very specific clicks for me to get to the scheduling page which shouldn’t be the case. more than anything though please look into the add to calendar feature.
Apathetic and rude customer support - no refunds or flexibility
For a mental health app they are quite likely to worsen it for you. It's super expensive and even then they offer no flexibility in terms of reschedule or cancellation despite genuine reasons. Their policy is to make money and not take care of people depending on them for health services. Disgusted.
THE APP JUST DOES NOT OPEN
I’m a user of Amaha through webiste. I have also done paid session and plan on doing more. I have downloaded this app, verified the OTP but after that, the app just does not load a single thing! All I can see is the logo and the name with tagline - and thats it. I really want to work further on myself with Amaha but the app is a huge blocker in my progress. My phone number is 08149422993. Someone plz call me and understand my issue and improvise the same.
App idea is good but tech is pathetic
The login screen keep buffering for hours. They have good therapists and stuff but tech is messed up. I disabled my account now it’s not allowing me to login with the same or any new login creditials. Screen keeps buffering until eternity
WORST APP EVER - Only show off
Worst App ever - a good therapist's schedule is never available in a short while - i searched in June it gave me dates availability of July - what good will it do - then they expect it not to reschedule !! It appears they don’t have control over their therapist timings or don’t have enough good therapist whose slots are available in a short while or good therapists are registered just to show off with no real purpose to be served.
Not worth it!
It logged me out as soon as I subscribed and is not letting me login back again. No tutorials or walkthrough available..
Unable to Sign Up or Login
I have bought the subscription using my apple id and since last 1 week the app is not working. I have tried calling apple support and even login using other email but still not working
Language support
Amaha is really good and helpful. You guys are doing great job in helping people by providing them a platform instantly so that no one has to suffer when they dont have resources any other place. A suggestion to you people is to introduce a language support so that people who dont know english will be able to use this in hindi or any other regional language. It will be a lot more helpful.
