I use Amazon a lot, but lately I’ve noticed in many catagories, such as garden composter normally about €50 to €80, there will be items priced at over €1000. While this is not illegal, be careful!! Also, when you buy items qualifying for free postage, double check the final amount before you hit the purchase button. Often the default is to charge for postage anyway, not only that, but if there are three items or so in your basket , two might ship together and each part of the order will default charge you for postage, so thoroughly check before you buy, and click the free postage button.

Amazon can’t find my account and they have accused me of lying and using bad language I have email of all my invoices they can’t answer my questions on chat they will not give me an email address to send in my proof of purchase all I can do now is contact a solicitor I would not recommend I have been on chat for 3 days trying to return faulty products from #Govee bought on Amazon uk disgrace is not the word

Don’t ever order anything expensive of Amazon, it’s a nightmare trying to get it delivered and the app it’s purposely laid out so it’s difficult to make a complaint or contact customer service, I’ve a one time password I have to give to the driver but it just says arriving by 9pm that’s great tracking info, never again!

The app happily ask to switch countries when you click a link but there’s no way to switch back to the one you want

The app won't work on IOS and keeps asking for my fingerprint to use it. This is after my saved password (which worked on phone) did not work on ipad. I changed the password and still, the app is unusable due to this error

Amazon app is awful now. It forces auto play product adds on you which cut out any music/ films you’re streaming from your phone. Amazon clearly values cash over customers.

Makes life 10X times easier! 👍
