Trying to play on several speakers such as on floor 1 is a nightmare. Two out of 10 times it will work smooth but almost always there is something with Echo that glitches, and the app has to always be restarted or update the site each action you do.

App fails every time I try to set voice recognition.

Edit: on iPhone I had to go to settings, find Alexa app settings and change the prefers language. Somehow it was at to English (India). I live in Sweden and pref language has always been set to English (UK).

First, the sound when I listen to music is outstanding. Thank you for that! <3

However I will not recommend them to anybody. Because:
1 People are complaining about the sound when I’m calling on the phone. I always need to remove the Echo Buds and use the phone. Useless! :-(
2 I don’t understand your app. E.g: Sometimes I see the status of the ear buds. Sometimes I don’t? Why?
3 Now I’m trying to pair with my computer. The computer detects the Buds but they don’t respond. So, cannot use them with my computer… And your doesn’t help me. 

My overall rating is 1.
