I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during my shift on Thursday, 19 December at 4:45pm at the Eastern Creek Warehouse. I believe the situation involved unfair practices that undermine the principles of fairness and professionalism expected from Amazon. On the day in question, I arrived at the warehouse and was waiting in line for my assigned shift cart. However, a female employee handed a cart to another driver, who had his route area rejected. The driver was then instructed by her to swipe his shift card for me, and she proceeded to do so. I immediately informed her that this was not a proper procedure. Shortly after, a person by the name of Subash Chaudary approached. I explained the situation to him and requested to speak with a supervisor. Mr. Chaudary informed me that he was the supervisor on duty. When I expressed concern about the incident, he indicated that the driver involved was his personal friend, and thus, he had given him this favor. Instead of addressing the issue professionally or acknowledging the mistake, Mr. Chaudary dismissed my concerns and threatened to cancel my route or block my access to shifts. This response is completely unacceptable and does not align with the standards I expect from Amazon. I kindly request that Amazon take appropriate action to investigate this incident and ensure that such unfair practices do not continue. I trust that you will review the warehouse cameras to verify the events, as there should be footage to support my claim. Additionally, I have attached a photo of Mr. Chaudary's card for reference. I believe all Amazon drivers deserve fair and equal treatment, and I am confident that this matter will be taken seriously. I appreciate your time and attention to this issue and look forward to your response.
