Free version not so good
It’s good in theory but with the free version you ask for a particular song…and get literally anything else and you never get to hear the song you actually wanted. I know they have to deliberately make the free version less functional than the paid for version but they may have taken it too far!

The app is doggy you down load music to play offline but it wont it keeps saying your offline and if you do manage to download it only did 1track off an album im glad i had free trial before i signed up which i wont be doing
Kind of baddd-
Switched from Spotify premium to Amazon premium. Tho Amazon was cheaper I would prefer Spotify 💀. Basically, downloaded my Spotify playlist to Amazon music and even though this playlist contained less songs due to then not being on Amazon, the downloads took up MORE STORAGE than it did on Spotify, with about 3gigs on Amazon and 1 on Spotify 💀💀💀. Not to mention I’m also on the lowest quality possible for downloads and Spotify was on max-. Then, not only does the app constantly glitch, when I skip a song in the app, skipping too often is constantly making it skip too many songs ahead whilst still only playing the song I skipped to. It’s incredibly annoying and when it fixes itself I have to skip yet again and it plays the song after the one that is viewed, so it skips multiple songs on my playlist. Very I’m annoying. Also lyrics and syncing are constantly awful, when I try to report the problem the app just crashes and doesn’t even give me an error code (which are also constantly happening for no apparent reason). Please fix your app as right now, it’s honestly so bad right now-
Why
Sometimes it lags and it doesn’t have words for some of the songs.
What did they do?
Used to be great for listening to music now it’s like getting ads up and can’t listen to 1 song it has to be in an playlist please change it back.

Not an improvement
Sadly, every so-called "update" seems to be a backwards step with this app. The latest version of the app has scrambled my library, mysteriously adding and removing titles at random. In addition, every time l open the app, it defaults to a different configuration - why can't l just choose the layout l want and stick with it?? Really, Amazon need to just work on getting the basics right....
Rubbish since latest update
Rubbish since latest update, unable to play on offline mode as the app keeps crashing. If it’s not sorted quickly I will be cancelling my subscription.
No CarPlay
Doesn’t work with Apple CarPlay when using Siri. Makes this app unusable.
