Great content but I don’t understand why when I pay for a subscription, then I have to watch adds and you have to pay extra for some movies?!?!?

You are watching an immersive program that is ruined with an increasing amount of adverts that pop up during the program. If you are going to have adverts put them at the start. Considering we pay for a subscription, there shouldn’t be adverts any way.

More ad’s than free to air tv.

I can live with the ads if I have to. What makes this app unwatchable (on more than 1 platform) is that when I try to resume from eg half way watched, it has forgotten and insists on starting again. A fix for this would usually be to go into the Apple TV app which shows where you are and click through from there. This works if there is a problem with say Binge. But not Amazon Prime. It shows me halfway, I click through & Amazon takes me back to the beginning & before I can even try to fast forward I have to sit through more ads. It doesn’t happen every time but it happens a lot. And Amazon it so arrogant it doesn’t tell you what the supposed bug fixes are.

Pay to watch ads! Alot of them, at any time.

Here, this company charges us for a subscription and then there is in app purchase too where we need to buy just to get rid of advertisements. The worst part of this application all the good movie is either on rent to buy or rent and or else it with Paramount. I mean then for why are you taking money for your application. My advice please sell this application to someone or change your upper level managers who can make wise decisions.

Prime seems to drop out a lot. You have to open the app and restart the episode. You then also get to play all 4 ads again even though you watched them 3 minutes ago. Why bother with this when I could just use the free to air tv apps? Update- app still randomly closes which goes to the start of the episode and all the ads again.

Why do I pay for a service and watch through an episode with 3 ad segments. Just 1 segment of ads is enough

Leads you down the garden path with promises of things to come,,,,, that never do !

I pay a monthly fee and still have to watch ads. Ad free is an additional cost. So ridiculous
