Is app was the worse thing that I ever had in my entire life, it keeps showing me hard characters after I finish my sign up, I keep doing it but I can’t enter the app 😭😭😭 please fix’s those things stupid app!!!

Slow and unresponsive, Stop forcing promos and shows on people

Just add the option to opt out those promos you force people to watch between episodes, they are repetitive, annoying and makes me want to unsubscribe. It is ruining viewer experience. The app is not terribly responsive and lagging happens, I have to hit the home buttons 3-5times for it to sense the input, and when scrolling, it lags and often ends up clicking into random shows .

the worst streaming app on tv so far. the video keeps alternating between clear and blurry. i am sure the internet is completely fine as i can watch videos on all other apps clearly. and there is no way to set it manually on tv.

I didn’t buy any membership and Amazon suddenly charged me. There is no way to refund or find a support even by email or online chat. Cheater
