Ancient, Not user-friendly, unavailable customer support
UI is terrible. Been trying to set up for ages with no luck still. Customer support is nowhere to be found. I already canceled my subscription, please I need my refund. Let me just stick to TikTok.
Connection issues
This app is so slow, I have downloaded it more than thrice and guess what?? It doesn’t connect I really don’t understand. Just pack up if you can’t make it work cause it’s annoying

Honestly I never thought about this that I could find myself in this condition couldn’t retrieve my own account that I created by myself, that’s insane. I will just have to stop my subscription for it not to be renewed

Throughout today, all I’ve done is try to login to this stupid app with an ancient interface with no luck. The website is so useless that there’s no help that can be found on it. It’s like we’re in 2010z How is it possible that in BIG 2024, there’s not one email address for customer care and the numbers don’t even work. How people still use this app beats me. I need a refund NOW!
