A very poor customer service. Very poor subscription and recovery policy. They doesn’t even have a email on which customer can ask for help if web options doesn’t work.

The app hangs every time I open it, can’t watch anything WTF

I used prime video in covid-19 and app performance was better than Netflix that time. After 3 years i buy subscription of amazon and I realised I wasted my money coz app really stuck in 2020. it's not about shows & movie. It's about app features & performance. Could you believe I watched mirzapur season 3 in 3 days. Because there isn't even playback speed option. Bro this is 2024, people don't have much time. i even watch P**n on 1.5x playback speed 🤷🏻‍♂️ I'm not gonna buy prime video next time until I get playback speed option in app. Bro Grow up!!! It's 2024 you really don't know what other apps doing. Which features people using mostly. Ugh. Disappointed!

I've been watching seasons and using prime for a couple of months now. Whenever I open any season and tap anywhere, a pop up page at safari appears illustrating the cast and details of that show. Its just soooo irritating and it keeps happening again and again. It's like those cheap movie websites that wherever you tap, a pop up page keeps appearing. It shouldn't be happening at a paid streaming platform. Plus, I watched The Boys S4 and currently I'm watching The rings of power S2. New episodes stream every thursday so i keep coming back every week. Each Thursday I've to make a new search for the season. Why does it disappear from recently watched section? Also there are movies I by mistake opened, I've removed them tons of times from my recently watched section but they keep coming back to the list. It's such a poor quality platform. Also, you should do something about the crashing issue. A little internet lag and the content disappers, and the app freezes.

The app isn’t working properly, my account logged out on amazon video app, upon trying to login again, It takes you on OTP, once you enter, it again send you OTP. This goes on and on. The best part amazon video don’t have any customer service or chat support for these experiences.
