Legendas com má qualidade, com tradução automática e muitos erros. Depois há filmes em que é preferível ver sem legendas pois não estão sincronizadas.

Nem da para ver filmes antigos , tens que pagar ou filme . Se for um filme novo da cinema e uma coisa ma antigos esta tudo bloqueado

Estou a pagar a subscrição, mas mesmo assim tenho de alugar filmes? Então, para que é que estou a pagar? Isto é um absurdo! Vou cancelar a minha subscrição, tal como muita gente.

Hello. Goodnight! I'm a big fan of Prime, I've been following the platform for a few years in Portugal 🇵🇹 …. affordable price, good content, very good films and series. But what has happened very frequently is: there are several Documentaries, series and films on the platform that I want to see and certainly other customers too! But we try to access it and it says: this video is not available!!!! I like to watch it with subtitles or dubbed (if it's dubbed better because there are times when it goes by so quickly that I can't concentrate on the scene and read at the same time) but anyway... I love watching documentaries and there are rarely any subtitled or dubbed ones and the series and movies the same. But where are the subtitles or dubbing? Worse, where are the contents??? Answer: not available! So why are you on the platform??? Amazon Prime owners are from the USA. They should take action regarding the platform in other countries. And in Portugal there is no email to contact Prime or a telephone number!!! We can't find out who manages Amazon Prime video Portugal!!! Provide a contact! Thank you.👍

Não percebo o porquê de muitas serias quando quero as ver aparecer a mensagem “indisponível na sua região” eu pago é para poder ver tudo em todo o lado

Qual é o sentido de ter de pagar pela subscrição da plataforma de streaming, para depois ter ainda de alugar ou comprar certos filmes? Já pago para os ter, não devia ter de pagar ainda extra por certos filmes

It’s unacceptable for a streaming service to have as many adds as Prime Video does. A streaming service shouldn’t have adds at all let alone 10 minutes of adds for a 45 min episode. Do better
