why am i even paying for this service when there are ads literally every 5 minutes?? its hard to even pay attention to a show when theres this many breaks

Sadly this app has lost its way. Now over run with adverts. Cannot keep place when playing a video, plays an advert every time it restarts. I give up tbh too much trouble

Since the last update I’ve had constant problems with playing older podcast episodes and the car link has become unusable. This app barely responds to inputs from the linked screen and playback just drops out while I’m driving. Ive been onto tech support a couple of times about the podcast issue and they only seem to be able to fix things temporarily. Going back to another music app.

New update 10.590.15633.3 is EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE the last version and DOES NOT WORK on the iPod touch running iOS 15.8.3. WHY DON’T AMAZON CHECK THINGS ACTUALLY WORK BEFORE RELEASING UPDATES. RUBBISH. ****************** This updated version “10.5810.15478.2” DOES NOT WORK on iPod touch gen 2 running iOS 15.8.3 even though the app specifies it works on iPod touch using iOS 15. It doesn’t. It forces you out every time you select something to watch. There is NO GOING BACK so I am unable to watch anything not in prime which includes the 50+ ones I’ve paid for and also the extra money I pay every month to watch it add free. Having being on live chat to Amazon yesterday for close to an hour and them asking for details like my broadband speed, supplier etc etc which obviously had nothing to do with the fact that app worked perfectly until I updated to this new version then was unable to watch anything, they have sent it to their tech team to look into. YOUR APP DOESN’T WORK, SIMPLE. Playing with it today, it seems that its the orientation of the app that causes it to crash and throw you out, ie, when you select something to watch, and it does let you scroll through the movies etc, but when you select it and your screen orientates to landscape mode, it produces a arrow circle of death and crashes the app. On the one occasion I have been able to watch something, when it had finished and the screen tried to go back to portrait mode, it froze the screen completely then crashed the iPod. The new update “10.5810.15478.2” IS NOT COMPATIBLE with the iPod touch on iOS 15. This is the iPod touches final iOS 15.8.3 so do not update your prime to this version.

Does not work if you don’t have hdmi cable.

so i accidentally logged out, and now i can’t log back in. every time i try, it tells me i need to enter an OTP and change my password because they’ve ’detected suspicious activity’ on my account. i do this, but it just sticks me in a loop of the same thing, and i’m never able to log in. this is not happening in the amazon app, so i have no idea what it’s doing and why. useless app

Horrendous amount of adverts trying to force you to pay more to stop them! I won’t be having this past my free month because of the adverts

Sure it may miss a few, or only available to rent or buy, but the movies on this app are actually GOLDEN. I end up watching stuff that I wasn’t even planning to watch. Had to leave a review. Golden.

Everything for money

We Signed up for a free trial. Can’t believe how poor this service has become. The sites a real mess, making it very difficult to work out what’s included and what’s pay to watch. The advertising during programs is relentless, why people would choose to pay for this service is beyond me. Horrible experience.
