Why your company hard to refund my money! And your agents are liars!! All of them are liars!! This terrible!! All agents saying same thing!! I have not recieved my dickies chef bag and i tried to request refund but its hard in your part you always said you will do refund but no refund on my credit card!! You all liars! Dont order here they are all scammers!!

Not really good for other countries especially far from America that is why in other apps that is great. Great product though. Shipping is horrible to other countries like many days and expenses. And other countries are not much developing like they are not rich like America or others. But seriously, you going down to another country that is in massive competition for minimum wage earners and worse to another country about minimum wage earners depending on how much they get like their salary is way less compared to the minimum wage of America like equivalent to 20 or 80 dollars but I am sure they are different earnings and currency. Sadly you going down since other apps or shopping programs and websites are perfect for everyone and will be soon in America and near America to dominate the tech business and shopping. You need to level up your game or improve if you want to be in the general market thing and trends because you are Amazon but I guess the trend will change that depending on your decision and determination.

Twice it happened to me and my husband..we order here some stuffs and the day that it should be deliver we did not receieved the items, but im so shocked when i checked the application that its was been delivered and there is comment “it was handed directly to a receptionist or someone at a front desk” Once it happened of course its was ok maybe there is mistake..but 2nd time it repeated it was ridiculous..i contacted the customer service, their explanation “maybe” it was a mistake..and saying that the next day it will be deliver at my door step but unfortunately it did not happened. Now its my lesson not to order here again..because it is very hard dealing with customer service as well.
