Amino Amigo

Amino Amigo is designed for athletes who need to time their protein intake, and record complete proteins separately from regular macronutrient tracking. By specifying a serving size, time between servings, and number of servings per day, Amino Amigo will automatically track when you need to consume protein to most efficiently complete your servings and reach your daily protein goal. It does this by making a behind the scenes distinction between protein consumed and protein metabolized, allowing only a single serving size worth of protein to be metabolized during a "time between servings" window.
