Old app used to work great but since the latest update it is dead.

Sadly a great service is now messed up. Stopped working.

The 4-digit code NEVER ARRIVES. What’s the point of this app? Useless!

App doesn’t want to load . I have downloaded the app 3 times, and each time I am unable to register my details, as the home page keeps on loading.

Takes forever to open when downloaded.

After changing my cellphone number it has become impossible to access my results. I wish there was an option to update details so that I can access my results.

This app worked well until they upgraded it. My dependants are missing and when I try to register them the OTP function doesn't work. I had to upgrade my password but again the OTP function doesn't work. I spent an hour on the phone explaining the situation to Ampath and they said the technical team will sort it out - guess what - I can still not see my children's results. Waste of time.

I can’t remember my old password and I can’t use my new password as the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t send a code to my phone. I have battled for months and have given up now.

I changed cell phone number and cannot edit any details in the app. I have deregistered , deleted the app, downloaded app again and reregistered and still cannot change my details. What makes it worse is that nowhere on the app and site is there an option.

Mobile app unable to log in using my correct PIN.. PIN works on the MacBook Chrome portal but not on the iPhone. 😒
