Support is very slow in responding. It can take from a week to a month to give a response or they give generic responses that don't solve anything and they close the ticket. It is one of the best music distributors, I cannot deny that, but the quality of the support they give to users is pathetic.

Hola, no puedo subir mis singles da error y antes más subía todo bien, pero ahora no me deja avanzar…queda donde dice autor después de ya haber llenado el formulario
Debería ser el lanzamiento un poco mas rapido
También dice darte el 100% de las regalías pero por el retiro de fondos te cobran . es lo mismo que quedarse con regalías, Pero otras distribuidoras te ayudan al marketing, copyrights, letras etc. Es una opción cuando desconoces que hay otras mejores :) Tambien podrían agilizar algun proceso de verificación como artista ya que solo suben la musica
Solo le falta algo para reunir los links de las distintas plataformas y seria la mejor distribuidora.
