Why as N OAP am I being charged €5 per month charges. None of my other cards charge this??? Very poor service.

This isn’t about anpost money it’s about the delivery, I ordered off SHEIN nearly 2 weeks ago, SHEIN said it would arrive in 7-10 days. It has been 2 days overdue. I don’t think it is SHEIN’S fault, there are pictures that shows you how close it is to being delivered there is 4 stages preparing, shipped, delivering and delivered it has been on shipped for 8 days, I have ordered off SHEIN multiple times and this has never happened. I ordered an outfit for a concert and I need my package to be here by the 29th. Overall it’s ok, I like the staff and my packages usually arrive on time it’s just this one time. Thanks.

I like that AnPost are trying to provide a banking service and the Child Accounts are very useful too. However the app is very unreliable and makes online banking difficult at times. The biggest issues I have with it are: - I often can’t get into it. It seems to regularly get stuck in ‘checking your balances..loading your data .. etc. this is very frustrating. - there is no way of deleting Payees once you put them in, I’ve also tried to get customer service to do this several times (my old UB account is still there and I’ve sent money to it a couple of times by accident as there is no way to know which of my current accounts I’m sending the money too - they both have the same name on them)

Top bank app can do everything thing I need and get the right assistance

Slow and glitchy. Not very intuitive or user friendly. As for the bank, even the lady in the post office told me to close my account… so…

Keeps asking for password reset and no matter who I contact or what I do u can get it to work Terrible service…

Trying to find out how to transfer funds to another IBAN address they tell me Revolut is much easier and straight forward.

I’m not receiving notifications via the app when asked to verify my card to make payments so there are some bills I am unable to pay and I can’t find help anywhere

The app is useless and they are not actually a bank. You cant access your money easily in large sums and you can’t do bank drafts.. you have to request large sums of your own money.. the app is utter useless..
